Fireban Fire Rated Door Cores
Our door cores are effective fire barriers that are designed and successfully tested to reduce the spread of fire and excessive quantities of smoke from one area to another. The cores are developed and refined regularly to meet the public safety requirements. The necessary hardware and in-tumescent seal that are used with the cores are selected carefully to offer an uncompromising affordable quality manufactured by sustainable raw materials thus making our product environment friendly.
Fire rated cores are available in different thicknesses:
- Fire rated core FD 30 min (44 mm thickness)
- Fire rated core FD 60 min (54 mm thickness)
- Fire rated core FD 90 min (64 mm thickness)
- Fire rated core FD 120 min (64 mm thickness)
***Our latest fire rated core product has been designed and successfully tested up to 120 minutes fire rating at Exova Warrington fire laboratories UK & Thomas Bell Wright & Intertek in accordance with the B.S. 476 part 22: 1987.
